Problem Description

When trying to import a model to GBXML format the import button isn’t showing. How to fix this issue? Please see the image below.

 

Solution

While importing your model to GBXML format if you see that the import button is not showing then simply close your OpenBuildings Energy Simulator and open the Display Settings option from your windows search bar. After that change the resolution to “100%” and save it. Please refer to the screengrab below.

 

Upon doing that open your Energy Simulator and now try to import your model to GBXML format and you will see that the import button is showing up as shown in the screengrab below.
