Close AECOsimBuildingDesigner

Change Regional and Language Setting (Windows)

Change the Digit Grouping Symbol from “dot” to “comma”

Restart AECOsimBuildingDesigner
Option 2
Another possibility is to rename the user Stair Preference file. (Only in combination with Solution1)
Please have a look to this folder:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Bentley\AECOsimBuildingDesigner\8.11\......\prefs\
And rename this file:
BuildingDesignerStairPropertyPreferences.dat
BuildingDesigner is the MicroStation User Name.
