Problem Description

User can't access the workspace on the server and gets an error message when trying to open AECOsim.   The prorgam works & opens outside of the server with no issues.

Steps to Resolve

User's login did not have full write access to the workspace in the server.  It was advised to the user to consult with his IT department in order to change his login credentials.
