Changes to the SBEM calculation were recently introduced, mainly to incorporate new constructions from the updated NCM modelling guides. Thus, Energy Performance certificates and Compliance documents must now be generated with:

SBEM 5.3.a - for Part L 2013

SBEM 4.1.g - for Part L 2010
