By now, all account administrators will have received an email introducing Bentley Systems Connected Users initiative. The email explains the initiative and the requirement for all users to be registered. It is imperative to do this as soon as possible, if you haven't already, as you may find licensing issues occurring. To get started, click on the "Get Started" button in the email, or you can click here.
Once on the User Registration page you will find all the information you need to register your users, how to download the Connected client to your users computers and have your users sign in. Note that the user sign in to the Connected client should be a one time thing.
You must complete all three steps to register users correctly!
Hey Chris - Yes. The best thing to do is to be in contact with the dedicated help team for any Connection client issues you may be experiencing.
Just to let you know we have registered all users, downloaded Connected Client and all users have signed in but the Bentley software/servers would appear not recognise all of this! Also overcame Select Server licencing issues as other forum now.
In constant contact with their Help Desk who have extended the deadline for us from 15th November to 15th December now!
