***RESOLVED*** *IMPORTANT MESSAGE* - Bentley Hevacomp Licensing

Please note that the issue detailed below has now been resolved.

Most users should have automatically connected to the license server and their software should no longer dispay the countdown message.

If you are still getting a count down on your active license then please run through the activation procedure when prompted by you Bentley Hevacomp software.

 

Why am I getting a warning message?
You may have noticed over the last couple of days that when your run your Bentley Hevacomp software that a warning message is appearing suggesting the program cannot connect to the license server and that your software is now in 30 day countdown mode.

Please don't be alarmed; your software will function fully during this time.

We have recently undertaken an update to our license servers and this has caused an issue with the communication between the Bentley Hevacomp software and the license server.

What are Bentley Systems doing about this?
We are currently working hard to resolve this and should have a solution very soon. Please check back here for further information on this status.

What can I do about this now?
For the time being, you don't need to do anything. Your software will continue to operate fully in countdown mode until a solution is available.
