I'm new user and was tracing room on the DXF file imported in Hevacomp, but it keep saying room has zero volume and doesn't trace the room at all. Could some one help please.

This would suggest that the scale of the imported DXF file is incorrect.
During the import process the software attempts to ascertain the correct scale of the DXF. Usually there is no need to change this, however if the overall size of the DXF is quite large, with a small building outline, then it may be that incorrect scale has been selected.
I would recommend restarting the project from scratch, re-importing the DXF and ensuring you have the correct co-ordinate system selected.

Thanks Duncan, it was the incorrect scale on DXF and now its was working fine after the resizing it to the correct scale.
