Further to Shane's reply you would account for cooling coil oversizing by increasing the load at each cooling coil. The increased load will result in increased flow rates.
You should also be aware that Netsys will automatically consider heat losses\gains to the pipework based on the specified surrounding temperature (Pipes > Defaults). Hi Rahul - to incorporate a safety factor such as this you would need to manually adjust the results after sizing the system (eg by exporting the results to Excel and performing your own calculations), or to simply add the 10% factor to the relevant figures that you are inputting to the chilled water system.
