Hevacomp not capable of working with CIBSE 'future' weather files!

Are all you Hevacomp users aware that the simulation software package is not capable of working with CIBSE 'future' weather prediction files?! This is not much help if you are working on a BREEAM project, which many are these days. I have been informed by support that there are no plans afoot to address this issue!!

Roy - Thanks for the feedback. This is something that we have an enhancement request filed for, as we discussed in our recent service ticket. If there is enough interest in Future weather data then it will be considered further.

Hello Duncan! Do you know if is possible to import future weather data into the Hevacomp Mechanical Design software? I've seen your reply in September, I don't know if anything has change since then.

Jose - we have a service ticket in for this enhancement (Enhancement no. 70442). I don't have a time scale at this time, but I can assure you that it is being examined by our Product Manger and development team for inclusion in a future update.

I would advise keeping an eye on the Blog as any announcement about this will be placed there.

Please note that Bentley Hevacomp software is now compatible with CIBSE Future Weather Years.

CIBSE Weather Data can be purchased from the CIBSE website.

Please consult this document for installation and usage guidance. Note that you will need to be running the latest version of Bentley Hevacomp to access this data.
