Hi there,
I have attached a pitched roof to my building and selected the option in the 'Set up roofs' tab, to 'Extend walls to underside of roof and correct room volumes.The majority of the entire building has adjusted the walls to this setting, but there are a few external walls that are not adjusting and are going straight up through the roof.
Is there something that you would suggest doing? (I have tried retracing the rooms).

Kieran - I have already provided a response to this in the thread your started called "Tracing a room" - We don't recommend asking the same question in two places as this can lead to some confusion over where the reply will be and who is responding to you.

I'm not sure why you are receiving such an error - I would suggest speaking to your site administrator in charge of your Bentley license as they should be able to provide access, or log the issue for you if required. I take it that the Secure File Upload method is not working for you either?
