Adding a Roof

Hi there - Could you let me know why you can't raise the edge of the section?

Hi Duncan,

Well its not so much raising the edge is creating a pitched roof, do i have to create the roof it two parts?

Could you show me how to do it from scratch please?

I've put together a quick video showing you how this can be accomplished.

As suggested in the video, elevate edge is great for simple shapes, but if you have more complicated shapes then you may wish to use elevate point. Information on this can be found here.
