Hi,
I have a room in a model which is on the 3rd floor.
I cannot locate it on the floor, but when I run the schedule of rooms it appears on the 3rd floor.
I can run a heat loss, it shows an area of 0 m2, with obviously a heat loss of 0 watts
how can I delete the room if it isnt on the floor plans, but somehow it is in the model.
The only way that I can think of is to delete the floor and start again, but is there another way?

I should hopefully be able to remove this room from the database however I would need to see the project to do so - could you please send it?
To do so, please exit Hevacomp, zip the project folder and either attach it to this forum thread, or upload privately as described here.
