Design Database - AutoCAD popup

Question

Hi there, 
 Whenever I open Hevacomp design database the autocad 2015 window pops up and says the program is configuring but it just hangs at the same percentage, is there any workaround for this?

Hi Anne, 
 We've had quite a few users get I touch about this matter, however it is actually caused by a known issue with Autocad rather than Hevacomp. It seems it associates itself with other, unrelated, software. Further info can be found here. There is also an example of a similar Autocad issue with Word discussed here. 
 Should you have any problems then I would suggest contacting Autodesk or your IT and they should be able to resolve this for you.
