Roof/Floors drop down menu deactivated

Duncan, 
 
 We are trying to fix the weather files situation thank you so much for your help and patience during this process. 
 
 Meanwhile I have encountered another problem, the Roof/Floors menu tab appears inactive and the floor outline appears in black not allowing me to work on the roofs and if there is a way to delete added roofs that I do not use anymore. 
 
 Can you please help me with this?

Mina - Your project is in Room Data mode, and much of the CAD functionality has been turned off due to this. You can still edit your model in the Room Data program.
