I am a little rusty on Atria, I have followed the process to set up two atrium areas in a single two storey building to meet a level 4 SBem. The building is new build. However I noticed that the floor area on the output SBEm and EPC includes the intermediate floor area and eff increased the overall floor area. DO I have to run this through DSM to obtain the correct result?
Shaun You should consider this document from our Solutions Wiki. The most accurate method will be to complete your Cad Input model and then switch it to Room data mode to remove the extra floor area. Ensure you back up your project before switching to Room data mode. Regards,
