EPC certificate EPCgen Error (401)

I am trying to Lodge an EPC, I have entered the Accreditation Company and my Registration code. Hevacomp does not produce a XML file but I get an file which has the following error - ERROR(401) - Bad Request: "Software is not on the list of accredited software for lodgement"

My Accreditation Company and my Registration code work with other programs. 

  • Shane, The older method works just fine problem solved, but you need to do something above current method as it does not work and it has taken me three days to get these files. When you go into support and press, "Go to Personal Portal" all you get is a page saying "web page not available". See attached images. 

  • Hi Stuart, sorry to hear that took so long. I'm not sure why that is not working for you - I have tried it here and all works perfectly. Thanks for pointing this out, I will log this with our Select Services team to assess. However in the meantime just out of curiosity, if you sign in before clicking on "Go to Personal Portal" does that assist? Also, it may be worth trying another Internet Browser if you have not done so already.

    Hope you don’t mind the email. I am trying to upload a XML file for an EPC 2010 and I am getting 28 error the EPCgen does not seem to be working.
     
    Is 25.06.9 the latest software?
     
    I have down loaded 2606000en 26060004en and 26060300en and have tried running them are they updates for 25.06.9?
     
    They don’t seem to have worked.
