Hi Shaun, to simulate the atrium space you would need to draw the rooms as usual, but name them according to your Atrium Keyword (in Simulator > Design Data > Atrium Spaces). For Example if your keyword was ATRIUM, then the rooms should be named ATRIUM/1 and ATRIUM/2.
