Yes, you can change your internal or external floor properties by applying any of the existing Fabric types. These can be viewed in the Design Database > Fabric menu, as below. Here you can also edit the existing materials or create your own. Once the Fabric data has been set up as you require, you can apply the Fabric type to your constructions in CAD Input.

In relation to not using a Roof.dxf - I am unsure as to why this would be the case? Does this building not have any exposed roof?

Just to follow up on the above, if you have already drawn your CAD model and wish to change the floor types of particular rooms, then you can do so by using the Design Database > Global function. Simply click on the Global icon, select the room(s) in question, go to the Floor tab, and set the floor properties you require.

Thank you very much for your support and reply.
I have tried to create new wall in the Fabric data icon, then changed the type of a wall from Change surface in the CAD input, it has been succed. However, i have done samesettings with same pocedures, it couid not be reflected. I do not know why.

No problem at all. The workflow you mention above should work fine, or if you have a number of different surfaces that need to be changed then the Global option would be useful, e.g.:

I have already created the material types of internal floor of the Material bases.
