Hevacomp pipe database size

Question

We are having problem with the hevacomp software. There are no pipe sizes greater than 500mm in the software database. This is a problem as we have pipes installed within the systems we are trying to model which are 600mm and above. Can you please provide an updated database so that we can produce an accurate model?

Thomas Can you try the following? 
 
 In your original project, switch it back to ASHRAE mode, then exit the software. 
 Make a backup of your project, in case you decide to revert back to it. 
 Copy the project into a new folder and then open this using the software. 
 Switch the data mode to CIBSE, and then save and exit. 
 Go into the new folder and locate the files PIPEFITT.DAT and PIPES_PROJ.NDX. Delete these two files. 
 Go back into the new project. The pipe types list should now contain the CIBSE list of pipes. 
 Select the Steel BS 1387 Heavy as the default pipe type 
 
 this will allow you to fix pipes up to 700mm
