Energy analysis of annual cooling loads

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have a model that I have been using to get steady state heating and cooling loads. I now need to look at the annual energy use of the cooling and compare a few different senarios. 
 What programme shoudl I use to measure this and , will I need to enter a lot more input data, to do so?

John - You can use the Design Simulation (Simulator) programs to accomplish this. The more detailed in your data, the more accurate the results will be, so you will at least need to design your plant (using the Plant program) and may wish to consider defining Airflow paths (available in CAD input) - other things you may wish to consider would be including detailed occupancy lighting and heating profiles, too.
