You need to update your software to the latest version. You are currently running the point release and there have been a couple of updates since then. If you click over to this document, it contains 4 very important points about the latest installation, and also links to the download guide (shows you exactly which files you need) and the installation guide (shows you the order to install the update in) - note that you must uninstall your existing V26 before installing this new version.

Once that is done, the version of Design Database will match with the lodgement database and you will be able to generate XML files.

Jasmin - Can you go back to the opening menu of the Hevacomp software (the menu that appears when you log in to the program) and let me know the full text that is displayed in the bottom left of that screen?
