Why is Hevacomp not producing a .xml file for EPC?

So I am using Bentley Hevacomp to create EPC's and then lodge them on the CIBSE lodgement portal. However, the Hevacomp on my PC is not producing a .xml file so I am having to jump onto my colleague's PC and get the .xml from there. Obviously this is not very convenient and rather annoying for my colleague. 
 I googled the issue, hoping to get some answers from there. I did but it was very vague. I found this page: communities.bentley.com/.../5694.xml-document-is-not-produced and it mentioned about firewall not allowing access to the landmark registry, but I have no idea how to sort that out. 
 Please can someone help me.

You need to update your software to the latest version. You are currently running the point release and there have been a couple of updates since then. If you click over to this document , it contains 4 very important points about the latest installation, and also links to the download guide (shows you exactly which files you need) and the installation guide (shows you the order to install the update in) - note that you must uninstall your existing V26 before installing this new version. Once that is done, the version of Design Database will match with the lodgement database and you will be able to generate XML files. Please let me know how you get on. Regards,
