Thanks Samuel, I've taken a look at that and had a chat with Duncan, and it does seem that your machine does not have the latest available drivers installed. If you have any issues after updating these as described in the PM then please let us know.

Thanks Samuel. That version should work fine. Could you please send over the contents of the DXDIAG report? (When you run DXDIAG there will be an option in the bottom right to 'Save All Information'). If you don't wish to upload to this forum thread then please PM me to send it over privately.

I am not aware of any such issues specific to this card, it should work fine. What version of Hevacomp are you running? (Version no. is in the bottom left corner of your Hevacomp main screen).

I have just updated my driver and am still getting the issue. is it the card itself? its a AMD Radeon HD6370D.

Hi Samuel,

This issue with the 3D view is usually down to graphics drivers, and updating to the latest (NVidia or ATI) driver set should resolve this. If you are unsure which drivers are on your machine then I would suggest opening the Run program (usually within Accessories), typing "dxdiag", and clicking OK. This will display all the info you should need. Alternatively your IT should be able to assist. Please let us know how you get on, or if you have any questions.
