This issue with the 3D view is usually down to graphics drivers, and updating to the latest (NVidia or ATI) driver set should resolve this. If you are unsure which drivers are on your machine then I would suggest opening the Run program (usually within Accessories), typing &amp;quot;dxdiag&amp;quot;, and clicking OK. This will display all the info you should need. Alternatively your IT should be able to assist.
