Thermal Properties Calculation in MAT Data Files

Hi there 
 I recently had Hevacomp ver26 installed on my work computer. I have also downloaded the MatIndex.zip file and extracted the contents to resolve the error 53 problem. 
 However, although I am now able to access the Mat data files and create new materials for my project, I am unable to obtain the thermal properties in the 'Results' tab. Whenever I click the 'Results' tab, it comes out as a blank page with the mouse cursor spinning non-stop. It seems to me Hevacomp is attempting to do the thermal properties calculation in the background but to no avail. At this point, I have to shut down Hevacomp and restart the program. 
 How can I resolve this issue and obtain the thermal properties report in the 'Results' tab? Please help. Thank you.

Hi Duncan. Thanks for your reply. 
 
Issue now resolved. The cause of the problem was actually because I didn't have Adobe Reader installed as I had a different PDF viewer on my computer. I installed Adobe Reader, stripped my computer clean of all Hevacomp components including Crystal Report and reinstalled Hevacomp.
