How can I model a wall occupied completely by a window, with direct radiation but that wall is adjacent to a conditioned space (it is not an exposed wall) whose walls are glass, so I have glass then a conditioned room and then another glass.

 Thanks for the info, it looks like you need model glazed surfaces on an internal partitions. It is possible to accomplish this in Hevacomp, however you would need to use Simulator to do so. The steady state Design Database calculations cannot take internal glazing into account in this manner. 
 If you wish to use Simulator, then to model this you would need to use the 'Atrium Partition keywords', as described in the Simulator > Design Data section of the manual, eg: 
 Glazing and opening 
 > Full height glazing /AtriumGlass 5/ 
 This creates a full height internal glazed panel from floor to ceiling between the adjacent room and the atrium space. The required glazing type (5 in the example) is specified, from the table of glazing.
