Has anyone been able to use Energy Simulator to get a heating and cooling load, unit size and duct size calculations for a single family residential house? The IECC requires Manual J, Manual S, and Manual D or other approved calculations for plans on any residence with a new ac unit. There are a few software's out there that do those calculations, but I would rather not spend the money if i don't have to. Does anyone know how to do it?
