Single area design on a vessel

I am am analysing a series of electrical rooms throughout a large oil and gas vessel.

These rooms, are surrounded by other areas and i do not have time to set up entire decks on the vessel.

Is this it possible to load a single rooms into HEVACOMP, set up the conditions and physical parameters then assign a temperature to each face (the rooms are simple rectangle or square plan) to simulate the conditions on each side so i can run the heat gain and loss calcs?

I thought about setting the external temperature as an average of the surrounding room temperatures (this is still a mid level design stage) could that work as a  solution?
