Part L - Scottish Building Regulations 2015

Hi,

I am doing an SBEM calc on Part L to show compliance with Section 6, Scottish Building Regulations 2015.

The building is a shell and core series of retail units, which are unoccupied and have no fit out details.

I am trying to tick the "Building is a shell and core development" section under special considerations, but the box is grey'd out.  Is it possible under the Scottish Building Regulations to tick this box?  The shell and core development is able to be ticked under "England Building Regulations Part L".
