&lt;p&gt;From your screenshot, it looks like there may be two reasons for this:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Rooms that are not covered by any roof have not been excluded when setting up your roofs. For each roof,&amp;nbsp;please select&amp;nbsp;any irrelevant rooms&amp;nbsp;as below, and then click on Set up Exposed roofs&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. You have yet to set up your intermediate floors/ceilings. This will set up the adjacencies for your internal floors and ceilings, so that the software can tell what rooms are above/below. Again, please make sure to exclude any irrelevant rooms before clicking on the Set up Intermediate floors button.&lt;/p&gt;
