When doing the heat loss calculation, the results tab shows a blank page. The pie chart is visible though.
Can you assist? I believe it must be something related with Window 10...

This usually means that Crystal Reports (i.e. the program that runs in the backround to take care of Hevacomp reports) is not working properly and needs to be reinstalled. Please find details on how to do so here.
