Luis - This indicates that there is a double pipe in your rise (drawn twice, or overlapping) that is connecting at both ends to another pipe section.  The first steps to resolving this would be as follows:

1. Using group delete, draw a selection box around the riser and delete it. This will also delete any pipes connecting into the riser. That's ok. They will be redraw later.
2. Go onto the other floor and repeat step 1
3. Using the information in this article, redraw your riser across both floors
4. Connect your other pipes back into the riser. Draw from the pipe into the riser for best results. Do this on both floors.
5. Check if your system works

Followed your instructions. System seems ok on isometric view but now reporting "No flow in pipe on floor 1" and pointing to the floor connector position.

Hi Luis - a "No flow" message indicates that you have an open ended pipe in your system. You should try and determine the pipe (run a calculation, it show the spot the error occurs), delete it and redraw it, ensuring your snap to existing pipework.
