could someone advise me how I can incorporate LSF twin & earth cable into Connect please

Hi Ian, I would firstly advise making sure that your software is up to date so that you are availing of all cable types - in particular please ensure that you have the latest Content Pack installed. This is Content pack 3 which can be downloaded as detailed here . 
 Should your cable type still be unavailable, you can add your own manufacturer data as required. To do so, in Hevacomp Connect simply go to 17th Edition > Cable data > Add new Cable file.
