&lt;p&gt;It sounds like your Floor Change Connector may not be correctly joining up the two floors in that case. I would&amp;nbsp;recommend deleting the Floor Change Connector and associated risers using the Group Delete function, and then&amp;nbsp;following the method detailed &lt;a href="/products/building/performance/w/building_performance__wiki/5092.how-do-i-add-floor-change-connectors"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
