Hi,I am building a thermal model for a 5 storey building but there are problems with the floors lining up.The first floor has a wall height of 3.58 (first floor level of 4.79 and second floor level of 8.37)However, when I view the 3D model, there is a gap between the first and second floor.
the walls appear to not be high enough.
even if I change the wall height, it makes no difference. Is there a way of fixing this?

Hi,
That will make things a bit more challenging but you may be able to get around this by using the exclude rooms option, as below. I would really need to see the project to give more specific advice however. Could you please exit Hevacomp, zip the project folder and upload using this link?
Please use the 'Setup intermediate floors/ceilings' function (located in CAD Input > Roof/floors) to set up the adjacencies between these floors. This will remove all gaps between your floors.
