Wall of different height

Walls will be set to the default height specified in Defaults:

This can be changed by adjusting the surface data from the Rooms/Change surface data option, and selecting the surface you wish to change. You can also add windows and doors to external surfaces with this option.

If you are intending to modify surface heights so they fit under a roof, then you should draw your roof in the Roofs/floors part of the program and ensure you have "Extend walls to underside of roof...." selected and the program will do this automatically.

I meant walls with 2 heights (sloping roof for instance)

That is all handled by the "setup roofs" and "setup intermediate" options in roofs/floors as mentioned in my final comment above.
