EPC error

Currently producing an energy report and an EPC is required. When selecting the EPC tab an error comes up as shown by the image below.

The project has been set up by another person so unsure if there is an error in setup, but have noticed within the documents that there is a PartL2006.dat file in the folder so I have tried to delete this several times in the hope this will correct the error but with no success and there is no other option to view the EPC as said in the error box.

Any help would be great
