When opening Hevacomp I get a window informing me that my licence is about to expire. How can I confirm that my licence is still valid and if not how I can reinstate it. I submitted a service request yesterday (7000723669) but have not yet had a reply. I would appreciate an urgent response, as yesterday it was telling me I have three days left. Strangely, today when opening Hevacomp, the same licence window did not appear. Many thanks.

I would suspect that the license countdown is related to this.
I have checked the Service Request and our licensing team are looking after it - they will be in touch to clarify.
