Maryna - if you wish to consider heights and floors you should start your project with a DXF file.

This information is available in the software manual, which you can access by selecting the Manual option from the File menu.

I have tried to reduce the dxf flie, but the problem is even 500kb is too big for Hevacomp

There is no size limit imposed on a DXF file. If the DXF is very large, it may take longer to draw.

Please see this article for an explanation of unit limitation.
