Hi, 
 How to create a file to get the Floors tab available and also to be able to create riser or pipe drop..

Maryna - if you wish to consider heights and floors you should start your project with a DXF file. This information is available in the software manual, which you can access by selecting the Manual option from the File menu. Regards,

There is no size limit imposed on a DXF file. If the DXF is very large, it may take longer to draw. Please see this article for an explanation of unit limitation. Regards
