I have tried many times and looking at tutorial to connect pipes between the floors, but the main problem is when the connector is placed for instance on the basement, ont the ground floor it's not visible to pick up and link together. What could be wrong?

MarynaIf you follow the directions from the document I linked to, you should have a connector on each floor you have specified. Are you specifying the correct floors numbers?Regards,Duncan

Also how floor connector could be deleted? Group delete doesn't worl for floor connectors..
You need to delete the connector on BOTH levels.I strongly recommend you consider reading the manual. All of this information is contained within.Regards,
