I'm currently working on a HWS via netsys and the message runtime error 9 keeps appearing when i'm trying to do floor connectors. This is causing the system to crash.
Are you able to assist in any way or provide any advice please ?

Hi Claire - at what point does the error 9 occur? Is it after you have entered the data for the FCC or is it when you try to calculate the system?Regards,

Ok - I think I'll need to take a look at project. Exit the software, zip up your project folder and use this link to get it to me. If you can also reply back with the location of the FCC and the data you are entering?Thanks,
