I think too many changes have been made to your project in Room Data mode and you can no longer user CAD Input. My best suggestion is to revert back to Room Data mode and finish your project that way.

Yeah put it into CAD input mode but the software crashed when deleting a room from the first floor.

Hi Ryan - did you get your model back into CAD Input mode and are trying to delete from there?

Is it possible to send you my model and delete zones in the first floor? I have tried my end and the software doesn't respond and crash. thanks

Hi Ryan - assuming you haven't made too many changes to your model in Room Data mode, the bottom part of this document should help. Ensure you back up your project before attempting the methods described.

I've repaired the project and sent you a PM with pick up instructions. I also noted that your weather data was badly corrupted, so I have set that up again.

Thanks I've uploaded the project folder and included a word file with the rooms to be deleted.

If you've not deleted any rooms, then I would suspect a computer being shut down with the software still open, or something similar to that.

If you can exit the software, zip up your project folder, and use this link to get it me, I shall take a look.

It would be useful if you could reply back with a list of rooms to remove.

Yes it sounds like that's what will have to be done. We've not deleted any of the rooms, do you know what could have caused this error?

Hi Anne - If rooms aren't appearing in CAD Input, then their poly-line information has been deleted, and the rooms cannot be re-instated.

I can delete the rooms so they can be redrawn, if you wish?
