Can you let me know how to initialise my project, I have added the company information but this has not worked.
Also the company logo is not showing even after following the below instructions:

This is just the default text that is placed in the Configuration settings - you can change it as detailed here.
Could you please forward the logo and I will take a look? Please upload to this link.

Apologies for the delay, finally got this working! There was a few issues (e.g. size, too many pixels, depth colour), however it is working now. Please find repaired file here.

I am also having the same issue.
I have reduced the pixel size to the required size but still doesn't seem to be showing up, however the text has moved to the right leaving space for the logo. I think it may just be an issue with my picture file. Would you be able to look into this for me.
