Dear to whom it may concern
I am having an issue with adjusting rate of infiltration for the heat loss as well as getting a result for heat loss for the roof. I also have an issue with the results that have been generated by heavacomp I am getting a high result for the total heat loss for the building, I have added my own materials and glazing but it didnt have an effect on the heat loss result. Thanks for your time.
Kind Regards

Hi Shane
Ive figured out how to get the required heat loss for the whole building , some of the walls were exposed which interfered with the results, the issue was I was getting a higher value for heat loss than the one calculated manually. IL try and adjust the Room Data ac rate to see if It will alter the infiltration. If I add the roof at the room after constructing the model will it taking into account the heat loss from the roof thanks for your time Shane.
No problem Rodgers, let us know if you need anything else.

Rodgers - Hevacomp software uses the base model space co-ordinates. You are very likely using a view port in your CAD software. Switch to model space, adjust the co-ordinates accordingly, and re-export your DXF.
