Morning Duncan, so we are having a problem with opening other Hevacomp files on different PCs in the office so I am reinstalling the program using the files 1-5 shown in the picture. Once we get to 4, it fails with this error, any ideas? I read on another thread how to solve the files not opening and showing errors, hence my re-installing to make sure the PC's were all up to date with each other.

Hi Andy,
You were correct to reinstall, as this error means that the installation was carried out in an incorrect order. However, the installation consists of three parts only. To resolve firstly please uninstall all mentions of Hevacomp v26 via Control Panel
Then, the installation order must be as detailed here.
The relevant files for you are the following:
hcomp26060000en - main installation
hcomp26060005en_updt5 - update (however note that there is a newer update available if you wish to download this please see here)
hcomp26060400en_updt3 - content
I would suggest deleting the other two files as they are of no use to you.

Is there a reason i wouldn't be able to download it? I have even asked my colleague who usually downloads our updates to try and he gets the same error message saying we are not allowed?
