My company currently has Hevacomp 26 installed and we were paid SELECT SERVER customer till 2015. We currently do not have Scotland Building Regulations Part L 2013 in Hevacomp 26 Design Database. We couldn't download the update as we currently are not paid Select Server customers anymore. However, we were subscribed to Select Server when they updates were released which includes Scotland Building Regulations Part L analysis 2013, can we assume that we are entitled to download it manually without having Select Server subscription. Can anyone please advise if there is anyway to download the previous updates from 2015 and before when we were paid customers. We are trying to avoid paying what we already paid for to update as we only need Part L for Scotland Buildings Part L 2013.

Hi Sean - You need to have an active Select Server license agreement to download the latest software. With an expired license, you are entitled to continue using the software you have, but not entitled to any updates.The Scottish update to PartL wasn't released until after your license expired.Regards,
