Hi,
I recently had to reinstall Hevacomp and all seemed to ok except Crystal Reports does not initialise when looking for heat gain/loss report results
I have gone through each process as noted in:

Problem is when I try running setup up of CR9 i get a - 1628: failed to complete installation
I have tried various methods of trying to pause the Install wizard i.e renamed Install shield directory and stopped the windows installer in task manager but still no joy
I'm running on Windows 10 and have downloaded all recent Hevacomp updates but am going nowhere with this one

Just to confirm I reinstalled windows in the end to remove any crystal report remains in the registry or elsewhere, it seems like the only real solution
