Hi - No. Once a pipe is drawn its height is fixed.

Hi Wayne

You need to ensure your current pipe height is set to the same height of the pipe to interact with it.

From the Pipes menu, select Pipe information to fiind the height of the pipe then set your current pipe height from Pipes menu > defaults.

With regards you flowrate query - This is due to the way that BS EN 806-3 calculates diversified flow rates. This document provides more information.
