Dear all,
When running a heat loss calculation on a building the same error 'Run Time Error 91' is being displayed, I'm new to this software and I'm sure where to start looking for a solution. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is going wrong?
Thanks
Matthew.
Hi Matthew - does the error occur when you try and open a project, or when you are running a calculation?Regards,
Duncan Brown
Hi Duncan,
The error occurs when running the calculation.
Thanks.
Hi Matthew, thanks for checking that. Could you please firstly go to Control Panel and ensure that all parts of Hevacomp have been installed as below.
If all three are present then please reinstall Crystal Reports as detailed here. Please note that the UAC and full administrator settings are essential.

Hi Shane,
Reinstalled the Crystal Reports program and the heat loss calcs are now working.
Thanks very much for your help!
Hi again Shane,
The amount of infiltration from our heat loss calcs is way too high, we think there may be a parameter missing or it could be because of the way we've done the roof. The infiltration accounts for 80% (around 18000kW) of the heat loss giving a heat loss rate of around 150W/m^2 which is far greater than the expected value.
Is there any chance you could look on our project again to see if we've missed anything obvious?
Thanks again for your help it is hugely appreciated.
Ignore that last question Shane we've found the source of the problem with that.
Thanks again.
Hi Matthew,
Thanks for following up, no problem. Please get in touch should you need anything else.
