Hi, I'm a student from Northumbria University doing my final design project. I previously was doing placement and i had access to hevacomp 26 with Part L 2013 Compliance document where I can change window blinds to yes in additional surface tab. Our university currently is using Hevacomp 25 with Part L 2010 compliance and i could not change the blind to show 'Yes'. I can however manipulate the shading factor to include the shading coefficient of a blind manually. But the internal blind always showing 'No'. Is there any way to change them into 'Yes' on the compliance document? FYI the SBEM engine we are using is version v4.1.d.0 as i mentioned above, pretty old version.

Hi SeanInternal Blinds are not a feature of the SBEM calculation at this time. While this document relates more to PartL 2013, it is still relevant to what you are seeing.I would strongly recommend your university updates their software to the latest version, so they can stay current.Regards,Duncan
